Return Policy

At Trendy Drape, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process subject to the terms below.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Products must not show signs of use, damage, stains, perfume, or alterations.

For hygiene and promotional reasons, certain items such as innerwear, clearance products, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for securely packing the product to prevent damage during return shipping.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the purchase type and offer used. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or replacement subject to stock availability. If the requested size or item is not available, you may choose a refund or store credit instead.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may be declined if items are used, missing tags, outside the return window, or not in original condition.
